Raincovo Foam Cannon Parts, Bottles and Orifices

The short answer

Raincovo sells 3 spare listings for its foam cannons, all caps and bottles, and they cover the Snow Clear and the Snow Pro. No orifice, filter, inlet or nozzle is sold on its own. What you get instead is an extra 1.1 mm orifice in the box with most cannons, and nozzles that unscrew by hand so the internal parts can be cleaned. For anything else, the answer is a quick-connect fitting (Raincovo sells a lot of them) or a whole new cannon.

Spares that exist

Each spare names the one cannon it fits, and nothing on the listings says the caps cross over. A Snow Pro cap is for a Snow Pro. The table is dated rather than final: each row links the live listing.

Bottles

A cracked or cloudy bottle is the most common thing to replace on any foam cannon, because it is the part that takes knocks and sunlight. Raincovo lists a bottle for the Snow Pro only (cap and bottle), 1 litre, threaded, according to the listing. The R 2.0 takes a different approach: its cap has two thread designs and, per its listing, screws onto compatible car-wash soap bottles as well as its own. That makes a lost bottle much less of a problem.

Orifices

People search for “Raincovo orifice” and “orifice size” because the orifice is what decides foam thickness. Here is everything the listings say about it.

• 5 of the 7 cannons ship with an extra 1.1 mm orifice, intended for washers under 1,500 psi.
• The size of the orifice fitted at the factory is not stated on any listing.
• No Raincovo orifice, orifice kit or foam maker is sold separately.

Generic 1.1 mm and 1.25 mm orifices are sold for foam cannons, but whether one threads into a Raincovo body is not something the listings answer. We have not tested it, so we will not tell you it fits. How to swap the one you have is in How to Set Up and Use a Raincovo Foam Cannon.

Inlet, filter and suction hose

Inside the bottle, a short hose with a filter on the end draws the soap up. The Snow Pro listing describes a weighted stainless-steel filter on a flexible hose, and the Snow Clear a stainless filter. The Pure Pro listing is the only one that names replaceable parts: a suction inlet fitting, the foam maker and the orifice. None of these has its own listing, so “inlet replacement” in practice means rinsing it clear. After each use, run clean water through the cannon, as every care note asks. A blocked filter looks exactly like a failed cannon.

The fittings, and which one you need

Most “will it fit” questions are really about four connectors. Raincovo sells adapters for all four:

Will it fit my Ryobi, Sun Joe or Greenworks?

Raincovo's listings do not name any pressure-washer brand. Ryobi, Sun Joe, Greenworks, Karcher and the rest are simply not mentioned, so any brand-specific claim would be ours, not theirs. What decides fit is the fitting on the end of your gun or wand. If your nozzle tips push in and lock, that is a 1/4-inch quick connect and a 1/4-inch cannon clicks straight on. If the gun ends in a screw thread, it is most likely M22. Check whether it is 14 or 15 mm: M22 14mm to 1/4-inch fittings are the usual bridge, and a 15 mm thread needs a 15 mm adapter, which Raincovo does not list.

The bottom line

Treat the bottle and cap as the only true spares, and the orifice and filter as parts you clean rather than replace. Write down the model number when you buy. Snow Clear Foam Cannon and Snow Pro Foam Cannon are the only cannons with a spare listed, which counts for something if you intend to keep one for years. More in Is the Raincovo Foam Cannon Good?.
